We take just as much care packing your order as we do making it. All Live Fresh cold-pressed juices are prepared with real, whole ingredients and shipped cold so they arrive fresh, safe, and ready to enjoy.
How We Ship
All orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air using insulated packaging and cold packs to help maintain freshness during transit.
Shipping Rates
Subscription Orders
• Flat-rate shipping: $5.99 per delivery
• Available within the contiguous U.S.
One-Time Orders
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
• Final cost is based on weight & destination
Processing & Delivery
• Orders typically process within 1–3 business days
• Subscription orders ship on your selected schedule
• UPS deliveries usually arrive within 2 business days of ship date
• Delivery timing may vary due to weather or carrier delays
Shipping Restrictions
• Shipping is available to the contiguous United States only
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses
Receiving Your Order
To ensure quality, we recommend having someone available to receive your package and refrigerate it as soon as possible after delivery. Once an order leaves our facility, Live Fresh is not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order details so we can review and make it right.
